**Customer Retention Manager Position**

We are seeking an experienced Customer Retention Manager to lead our customer lifecycle marketing efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive customer retention strategy across various categories
  • Manage day-to-day tasks and collaborate with internal stakeholders to drive business growth
  • Create customer journeys across different touchpoints to enhance the overall experience
  • Partner with creative, category, product, and analytics teams to design and implement effective campaigns
  • Design and maintain dashboards to track campaign performance and provide actionable insights
  • Drive strategic decision-making by analyzing data and identifying opportunities for improvement
  • Serve as a liaison between vendors and internal teams to ensure seamless CRM platform integration and issue resolution

Qualifications:

  • 3–5 years of experience in CRM or lifecycle marketing within consumer tech or e-commerce
  • Strong understanding of segmentation, personalization, and journey mapping principles
  • Analytical mindset with experience in campaign reporting and A/B testing
  • Familiarity with CRM and attribution tools, such as Clevertap, MoEngage, Branch, etc
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Able to thrive in a fast-paced, experiment-driven environment
