Lead Data Scientist Job Description

This job role involves leading the company's AI and Machine Learning initiatives.

The ideal candidate should have expertise in NLP, Large Language Models (LLMs), Generative AI, and MLOps to develop scalable AI-driven solutions.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Proficiency in Classical ML (Regression, Decision Trees, Random Forests, SVMs, Gradient Boosting, etc.)
  • Strong experience with GPT, BERT, T5, Hugging Face Transformers, NLTK, and SpaCy
  • Programming skills in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, NumPy, Pandas, Scikit-learn
  • Experience working with large-scale datasets and cloud-based AI solutions
