Job Description

The role of Artificial Intelligence Strategist will be pivotal in spearheading the organization's AI and Machine Learning agenda.

This position involves working closely with senior leadership to comprehend business processes and propose strategic use of AI/ML to enhance operational outcomes.

The incumbent will also be responsible for translating business problems into analytical challenges and developing solutions using AI/ML techniques to drive strategic initiatives end-to-end.

Key responsibilities include defining and implementing a scalable approach to leverage AI/ML solutions, enabling data-driven decision-making, and co-creating business strategies.

Additionally, the role involves building and managing external relationships with cross-industry and academia forums for outside-in perspective, seeking new approaches, and showcasing learnings.

Key competencies/skills required include strong collaboration, analytical thinking, storytelling with data, and presenting insights to top business leaders.

Education:

A master's degree in quantitative fields like mathematics, computer science, engineering, statistics, economics etc from reputable institutions is preferred.

Experience:

Minimum 12-15 years of work experience (post-graduation) in analytical roles is expected.
