AI Visionary Wanted

We are seeking an experienced and forward-thinking AI leader to spearhead our Artificial Intelligence efforts.

The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in AIOps use cases, including Predictive maintenance Anomaly detection Incident management.

Must-Have Skills & Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of experience in Artificial Intelligence, specifically in Machine Learning, Deep Learning, Natural Language Processing, and Generative AI applications
  • Proven expertise in AIOps use cases, including Predictive maintenance Anomaly detection Incident management
  • Strong proficiency in ML frameworks and libraries such as TensorFlow PyTorch Scikit-learn
  • Deep hands-on experience with Generative AI and Large Language Models (LLMs) such as GPT BERT or other transformer-based models
  • Familiarity with MLOps tools Databricks and cloud-based AI/ML services from Azure AWS Google Cloud Platform (GCP)
  • Demonstrated leadership experience, with the ability to lead cross-functional AI teams mentor junior engineers and researchers drive project delivery and innovation
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with a focus on results and innovation Strong communication and collaboration skills, capable of working effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders

Preferred Qualifications (Good to Have):

  • Experience in AI solution architecture and enterprise-scale deployments
  • Familiarity with data governance model explainability and AI ethics
  • Contributions to open-source AI/ML projects or research publications
