We are looking for a skilled Software Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team.

Job Description

The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring software quality through a combination of testing, automation, and continuous improvement. They will work on performing automated testing, creating test plans and cases, collaborating with developers and product owners, and integrating tests into CI/CD pipelines.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Testing and Validation: Conduct performance, load, and stress tests to ensure software quality.
  • Test Planning and Strategy: Create test plans and cases based on user stories and specifications.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Work with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and provide feedback.
  • CI/CD Integration: Integrate tests into CI/CD pipelines and ensure test environments are set up correctly.
  • Defect Management: Identify, document, and track defects to prevent recurrence.
  • Quality Metrics and Reporting: Track key quality metrics and provide regular updates on test results and defect trends.
  • Continuous Improvement: Implement process improvements and promote best practices in software quality assurance.

Requirements:

  • Hands-on experience with automated testing tools (like Selenium, Cypress, Appium, Playwright).
  • Proven track record in creating and executing test plans and strategies.
  • Experience in performance, load, and stress testing.
  • Familiarity with integrating tests into CI/CD pipelines. Background in defect management and root cause analysis.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree (Engineering)
  • 4-7 years relevant testing experience
