About Our Quality Assurance Role

We are seeking a Quality Assurance Professional to drive quality across our software products. This position involves designing test strategies, developing automation frameworks, and ensuring seamless integration into continuous delivery pipelines.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement test plans, cases, and automation frameworks to ensure high-quality software releases.
  • Design and maintain automated test scripts for functional, performance, and security testing to identify defects early.
  • Conduct regression, exploratory, and usability testing to ensure software meets requirements.
  • Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI) for efficient testing.
  • Collaborate with developers to resolve defects using tools like Jira or Bugzilla.
  • Create and maintain documentation of test cases, test results, and defect reports.
  • Evaluate compliance with security and industry standards to prevent vulnerabilities.
  • Provide regular test reports, risk assessments, and recommendations for continuous improvement.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in software testing and automation.
  • Strong experience with Selenium, Cypress, or similar automation tools.
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or JavaScript.
  • Experience with API testing (Postman, REST Assured).
  • Knowledge of CI/CD tools and performance testing frameworks (JMeter, LoadRunner).
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to work in an agile environment.
