At our organization, we're looking for a skilled Software Quality Assurance Specialist to join our ServiceNow Testing team. As a key member of this team, you will focus on testing ServiceNow OMT Order Management or SOM Sales and Order Mgmt CPQ and other ServiceNow modules.

About the Role:
  • This is an exciting opportunity to work with cutting-edge technology and be part of a dynamic team that drives innovation in software quality assurance.
  • You will be responsible for conducting thorough functional testing to ensure the quality and reliability of ServiceNow solutions.

In this role, you will also participate in requirements analysis, test planning, and estimation activities. Additionally, you will prepare and maintain test documentation, including test plans, test scripts, and test reports, and engage with stakeholders to communicate test results, risks, and recommendations.

Requirements:
  • 6 years of relevant experience in testing ServiceNow modules
  • Strong knowledge of ServiceNow OMT Order Management or SOM Sales and Order Mgmt CPQ and other ServiceNow modules
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
