Software Quality Assurance Professional

We're seeking an experienced Software Quality Assurance (SQA) professional to join our team. This role involves ensuring the highest quality of software applications and identifying areas for improvement.

About the Role:

  • Perform functional and manual testing for web-based software applications.
  • Write and execute test cases, create and maintain test documentation.
  • Collaborate with developers, product managers, and stakeholders in Agile/Scrum teams.
  • Design and implement automated tests using Playwright (preferred) or similar tools.
  • Understand and test database queries, ensuring data integrity and backend validations.
  • Log and track issues using a tracking system and participate in sprint planning and retrospectives.
  • Contribute to testing strategies involving AI-powered components.
  • Ensure cross-browser compatibility and performance standards are met.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of QA/testing experience, preferably in a software development environment.
  • Strong understanding of manual testing principles and functional testing.
  • Working knowledge of SQL and database validations.
  • Experience with Playwright or similar automation frameworks.
  • Understanding of AI/ML-based workflows in software applications.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools like JIRA/GitHub/Jenkins.
