Compensation and Benefits Expert

We are seeking a highly skilled Compensation and Benefits professional to join our team in Hosur, near Bangalore. This role is focused on compensation and benefits management – ensuring that our pay and benefits programs are competitive, compliant with laws, and well maintained.

The ideal candidate will have experience in Total Rewards or Compensation and Benefits, not general HR or payroll operations. Key responsibilities include managing and analyzing compensation and benefits data, ensuring compliance with labor laws related to statutory payouts and contributions, supporting the design and implementation of compensation policies, collaborating with payroll and HR teams on statutory records and reporting, conducting salary benchmarking and market research, and driving continuous improvements in total rewards programs.

The successful candidate will possess 2-15 years of experience specifically in Compensation and Benefits or Total Rewards roles, a strong knowledge of statutory compliance related to compensation, analytical skills, and the ability to work cross-functionally. Experience in the Electronics Manufacturing industry is a plus. The role requires a 6-day work week environment.
