Our organization is seeking an experienced professional to fill the role of Compensation and Benefits Manager. This position is part of our Human Resources team and will be responsible for developing and implementing compensation strategies that align with our business goals.

This includes managing and analyzing compensation data, ensuring compliance with labor laws related to statutory payouts and contributions (PF, ESIC, Bonus, etc.). The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills and the ability to work cross-functionally with various teams.

The key responsibilities of this role include:

  • Developing and implementing total rewards strategies that drive business results.
  • Managing compensation and benefits data, including salary benchmarking and market research.
  • Collaborating with payroll and HR teams on statutory records and reporting.
  • Designing and implementing compensation policies that support business objectives.

Requirements for this position include:

  • 2-15 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the Electronics Manufacturing industry.
  • Strong knowledge of statutory compliance related to compensation.
  • Analytical skills and ability to work cross-functionally.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.

This is not a role for individuals specialized in payroll processing or generalist HR roles. We are looking for a dedicated Compensation and Benefits expert who can make a meaningful contribution to our organization's success.
