Job Opportunity: Financial Strategist

Overview

We seek a seasoned accounting professional to oversee our finance operations. The ideal candidate will possess expert knowledge of Indian accounting practices, with a strong background in managing financial processes and ensuring compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Financial Oversight: Manage daily accounting operations, including billing, accounts payable/receivable, general ledger, cost accounting, and inventory management.
  • GST Expertise: Serve as the company's subject matter expert on GST-related matters, ensuring accurate and timely filing of all GST returns, reconciliations, and handling audits or departmental queries.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in SAP Business One and advanced SQL skills for developing custom financial reports, creating complex queries, and working directly with the SAP backend.
Qualifications & Skills

To be successful in this role, you should possess:

  • A minimum of 7-10 years of progressive accounting experience, specifically within a private limited manufacturing company in India.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting or Finance, with a professional certification (CA/CMA) being highly preferred.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, meticulous attention to detail, and exceptional leadership qualities.
