Chief Automation Strategist

The Senior Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing, managing, and executing large-scale automation projects from inception to completion. This role requires a strong foundation in industrial automation, excellent leadership, and stakeholder management skills to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and with maximum efficiency.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of automation projects to meet client requirements and business objectives.
• Define project scope, goals, milestones, and deliverables in alignment with business needs and industry standards.
• Manage project resources, schedules, and budgets effectively to ensure successful outcomes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, procurement, production, and commissioning to achieve project objectives.
• Serve as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring clear communication and satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
• Monitor project risks, issues, and dependencies, and implement mitigation strategies to minimize potential impacts.
• Conduct regular project reviews and provide status reports to stakeholders to maintain transparency and accountability.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and quality assurance processes to maintain a high level of professionalism.
• Mentor and guide junior project managers and engineers to build a high-performing team.
• Drive continuous improvement in project management processes and tools to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

• Strong knowledge of industrial automation systems and technologies.
• Proficient in project management tools and methodologies.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, Instrumentation, or Industrial Automation Engineering.
