Job Title: Chief Medical Officer

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced medical leader to oversee our factory's occupational health services. The successful candidate will ensure statutory compliance, promote employee well-being, and manage medical emergencies and preventive health programs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct pre-employment, periodic, and exit medical examinations.
  • Provide medical care and emergency treatment for workplace injuries and illnesses.
  • Supervise and manage the Occupational Health Centre and its staff.
  • Maintain accurate medical records and submit required health reports.
  • Participate in health and safety committees and audits.
  • Implement health awareness and disease prevention programs.
  • Advise management on occupational health risks and mitigation strategies.
  • Monitor hygiene and sanitation standards across the factory.

The ideal candidate will have a MBBS degree from a recognized university and Associate Fellow of Industrial Health (AFIH) certification. Minimum 5 years of experience in industrial/occupational health settings is required.
