Senior Enterprise WordPress Developer

We are seeking an accomplished software engineer to lead the development of complex, scalable, and secure enterprise-grade WordPress solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end WordPress development projects ensuring high-quality, timely delivery, and seamless collaboration with cross-functional teams.
  • Design and implement custom themes, plugins, and integrations tailored to business requirements.
  • Evaluate and recommend modern CMS solutions based on project needs.
  • Collaborate with developers to drive best practices in coding, performance optimization, and security.
  • Ensure code reviews and documentation are up-to-date and maintained.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Proven expertise in WordPress architecture, plugin development, and custom theme creation.
  • Hands-on experience with PHP, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, REST/GraphQL APIs.
  • Experience with Adobe Experience Manager or other enterprise CMS platforms.
  • Exposure to Headless CMS (e.g., Webiny, Contentful, Strapi, Sanity).
  • Familiarity with cloud hosting (AWS, Azure, GCP) and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Strong leadership skills to manage stakeholders and deliver complex CMS projects.
  • Nice to Have:
  • Experience migrating or integrating between multiple CMS platforms.
  • Knowledge of performance testing, SEO optimization, and accessibility standards.

Soft Skills:

  • Excellent communication and client interaction skills.
  • Problem-solving mindset with flexibility to work on any CMS platform as required.
  • Ability to inspire and lead a technical team.
