Job Summary:

We are looking for a self-driven and technically skilled Business Development Officer (BDO) to help grow our WordPress development services. This role is focused on lead generation, proposal drafting, and converting prospects into long-term clients. The right candidate will have strong communication skills and a sound understanding of WordPress development to bridge the gap between technical teams and client expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

● Generate and qualify leads through platforms like , Upwork, Freelancer, and email outreach

● Understand client requirements and prepare accurate, technically sound proposals for WordPress projects

● Collaborate with technical teams to scope project timelines, features, and cost estimates

● Share proposals, handle queries, and follow up with leads until closure

● Maintain proper lead tracking and communication history in PM tools

● Stay informed on trends in WordPress, plugins, page builders, PHP and related services

● Act as the communication bridge between clients and internal development teams

Requirements:

● 1–3 years of experience in business development or presales for IT/web development services

● Solid understanding of WordPress architecture, custom development, CMS usage, plugins, and themes

● Basic understanding of hosting, domain configuration, or frontend/backend workflows

● Experience in creating technical documentation and client proposals

● Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English

● Familiarity with tools like Upwork, Indeed, freelancer.com/, Google Docs, Google sheet, Power Point,

ClickUp, MsTeam, and Slack
