Technical Lead - Mechanical Engineering

We seek a seasoned professional to lead and mentor a team of Mechanical Engineers, fostering their growth and development.

Key Responsibilities
  • Team Leadership: Manage high-performing teams of Mechanical Engineers, promoting collaboration and innovation through a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Mechanical Component Design: Develop designs for mechanical components in water, effluent, and sewage treatment projects, leveraging technical expertise and industry knowledge.
  • Engineering Deliverables: Plan, execute, and allocate resources for engineering deliverables, ensuring timely completion and quality standards are met.
  • Cross-Disciplinary Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of mechanical systems.
  • Design Review and Validation: Conduct thorough reviews and validations of design deliverables, driving excellence in mechanical engineering.
  • Process Improvement: Drive process improvements to enhance team productivity and skill sets, embedding best practices throughout the organization.

Our ideal candidate possesses strong leadership skills, technical expertise, and a passion for driving excellence in mechanical engineering.

Responsibilities will include leading a high-performing team of Mechanical Engineers, overseeing the design development of mechanical components, planning and executing engineering deliverables, collaborating with cross-functional teams, conducting design reviews and validations, and driving process improvements.

Successful candidates will have experience in team leadership, mechanical component design, engineering deliverables, cross-disciplinary collaboration, design review and validation, and process improvement.

Professional certifications, such as Professional Engineer (PE) or Certified Professional in Erosion Control (CPEC), are advantageous but not required.
