Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned Engineering Manager to lead our team of driven engineers. As an expert in their field, you will be responsible for crafting a thoughtful, long-term technical strategy that anticipates future needs while being pragmatic about what's needed today.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  1. Minimum 2 years and maximum 5 years of engineering management experience, preferably in established tech firms or fast-growth startups.
  2. Significant experience as a software engineer, ideally across organizations, industries, and technology stacks.
  3. A record of mentorship and career growth guidance for others.
  4. Experience and excitement for recruiting, combined with a thoughtful approach to team growth.
