Job Title: Lead Software Architect

We are seeking a seasoned and accomplished leader to drive software development, design scalable solutions, and promote technical excellence across projects.

About the Role

As a Lead Software Architect, you will take ownership of backend architecture and development, guide a team of engineers, and deliver high-performance applications.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee backend development using Laravel and modern PHP frameworks.
  • Design and architect scalable, secure, and maintainable systems.
  • Manage system integrations via REST APIs, GraphQL, EDI, and third-party services.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams for end-to-end delivery.
  • Evaluate performance optimization, code quality, and effective documentation.
Preferred Qualifications
  • 5-7 years of experience in backend development in PHP, with deep expertise in Laravel.
  • Experience working with Magento, WordPress, and Shopify.
  • Strong background in system integrations using APIs (REST, GraphQL), EDI, and webhooks.
  • Proficiency in:
  • PHP, Laravel, Java
  • ReactJS, Node.js
  • MySQL, NoSQL, MongoDB
  • CI/CD pipelines, Docker, and version control (Git)
  • Cloud platforms, especially AWS.
  • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and excellent team collaboration skills.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
