We at Jio are expanding our retail presence in West Bengal and seeking a talented professional to drive channel expansion, monitor performance of retail outlets, and drive acquisition and revenue targets.

Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive channel expansion in the catchment territory.
  • Monitor the performance of retail outlets in the catchment territory.
  • Drive acquisition and revenue targets - inbound and outbound.
  • Operationalize all the Jio points within a Jio Centre.
  • Own performance of the preferred outlets of the territory.
  • Ensure world class customer experience at Jio Points.
  • Maintain hygiene and governance at Jio Points.
  • Monitor and manage productivity of the team.
  • Monitor, evaluate and train the team and channel partners.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Territory familiarity.
  • Distribution management skills.
  • People management skills.
  • Communication skills.
  • Influencing and negotiation skills.
  • Problem solving skills.
  • Process orientation.

The ideal candidate will have 4-8 years of experience and hold a graduation degree with an MBA preference. Estimated salary: ₹15,00,000 - ₹25,00,000 per annum.
