We at Jio are expanding our retail presence in West Bengal and seeking a talented professional to drive channel expansion, monitor performance of retail outlets, and drive acquisition and revenue targets.
Job DescriptionKey Responsibilities:
- Drive channel expansion in the catchment territory.
- Monitor the performance of retail outlets in the catchment territory.
- Drive acquisition and revenue targets - inbound and outbound.
- Operationalize all the Jio points within a Jio Centre.
- Own performance of the preferred outlets of the territory.
- Ensure world class customer experience at Jio Points.
- Maintain hygiene and governance at Jio Points.
- Monitor and manage productivity of the team.
- Monitor, evaluate and train the team and channel partners.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Territory familiarity.
- Distribution management skills.
- People management skills.
- Communication skills.
- Influencing and negotiation skills.
- Problem solving skills.
- Process orientation.
The ideal candidate will have 4-8 years of experience and hold a graduation degree with an MBA preference. Estimated salary: ₹15,00,000 - ₹25,00,000 per annum.
