We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Customer Relationship Manager to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our customers, driving business growth, and delivering exceptional customer service.

- Achieving Business Objectives: You will work closely with our sales team to identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to acquire and retain high-value customers.\
- Graduate Qualifications: A degree in any discipline is required, but a background in business, marketing, or a related field would be advantageous.\
- Target Area Identification: You will conduct market research to identify target areas for prospective business and develop effective sales strategies to capitalize on these opportunities.\
- Customer Segmentation: You will analyze customer data to pre-screen customer segments as per our organizational norms and develop targeted marketing campaigns to reach our desired audience.\
- Login Disbursement: You will ensure that customers have a seamless login experience and facilitate disbursements in a timely manner.\
- Customer Satisfaction: You will proactively understand customer needs and cross-sell multiple products to ensure high customer satisfaction levels.\
- Sales Promotion: You will execute sales promotion activities to build customer interest in our brand and drive sales growth.\
- Client Relationships: You will build strong client relationships both internally and externally and foster a positive brand image among potential customers.\
- Vendor Management: You will ensure vendor empanelment and develop relationships with new vendors to enhance our supply chain operations.\
- Distribution Channels: You will develop strong distribution channels to expand our customer base and increase revenue.\
- Compliance: You will ensure compliance to all audit/RBI regulations and maintain the highest level of professionalism in your interactions with customers and stakeholders.
