Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Support professional to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying target areas for business growth, pre-screening customer segments, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify target areas for prospective business opportunities and develop strategies to capitalize on them.

  • Ensure timely and efficient log-in and disbursement processes.
  • Proactively understand customer needs and cross-sell multiple products to enhance revenue streams.
  • Execute sales promotion activities to build customer interest in our brand.
  • Develop strong client relationships both internally and externally to drive business growth.
  • Ensure compliance with all audit and RBI regulations to maintain a risk-free environment.
Requirements:
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify business opportunities and resolve customer issues.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively to meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
