Advanced Network Architect

We are seeking a highly skilled and versatile Network Infrastructure Specialist to join our organization.

• Network Design & Architecture
  • Design and implement IP networking solutions that meet enterprise standards for scalability, security, and reliability.
  • Architect hybrid cloud environments (Azure) including S2S VPNs, Virtual WAN, and Hub-and-Spoke models that support business continuity.
  • Implement Wi-Fi 6E wireless solutions with high-throughput MDF-to-core links and ensure seamless user experience.
  • Build switching architectures with multigigabit access, 10/25 Gbps uplinks, and optimize network performance.
• Cloud & Virtualization
  • Deploy and manage Microsoft Azure infrastructure including VMs, VNets, Azure Firewall, and NSGs.
  • Automate infrastructure tasks using PowerShell, Azure CLI, or Terraform to enhance productivity and efficiency.
  • Administer VMware vSphere environments including vCenter, ESXi, DRS, HA, and NSX.
  • Manage VMware Horizon VDI environments and backup solutions such as Veeam to ensure data protection.
• Wireless & Access Layer Engineering
  • Lead the staging, configuration, and deployment of Cisco/Aruba access switches and Wi-Fi 6E APs to ensure secure and reliable connectivity.
  • Implement VLAN, QoS, and security policies using Cisco ISE or Aruba ClearPass to prioritize network traffic and protect sensitive data.
  • Optimize SSID strategy and NAC integration for secure user/device access and improve overall network performance.
  • Support VoIP/UC systems such as Cisco CUCM and Microsoft Teams Voice to enhance communication and collaboration.
• Monitoring, Security & Optimization
  • Monitor and manage infrastructure via Cisco DNA Center, Aruba Central, or SolarWinds to identify potential issues and take proactive measures.
  • Configure and maintain firewalls—hands-on experience with SonicWall is required—to prevent unauthorized access and protect against cyber threats.
  • Ensure secure network operation using IDS/IPS, encryption, and access control policies to safeguard sensitive data and systems.
  • Conduct proactive troubleshooting and root cause analysis across network, cloud, and virtual layers to minimize downtime and ensure business continuity.
• Collaboration & Documentation
  • Liaise with internal IT, security, and vendor teams to execute projects successfully and ensure smooth transitions.
  • Provide comprehensive documentation, knowledge transfer, and mentorship to junior staff to enhance skills and knowledge sharing.
  • Collaborate on large-scale integrations including Verizon systems and macro-level deployments to drive business growth and innovation.
