Corporate Insurance Leadership Opportunity

We seek an experienced leader to drive our corporate insurance vertical in New Delhi.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving new business acquisition, managing key accounts, retaining existing portfolios, and overseeing operational efficiency for the assigned region.

This is a senior leadership role requiring deep industry knowledge, strong client management skills, and an ability to drive growth and profitability.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Acquire new large corporate clients for the Corporate Insurance channel
  • Manage profit & loss (P&L) responsibility for the assigned location
  • Support the Head - Strategic Corporate Accounts in achieving business goals
  • Ensure retention of existing books of business through excellent relationship management
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with all clients to ensure high levels of satisfaction
  • Oversee and manage Management Information Systems (MIS) for the vertical
  • Prepare productivity reports, dashboards, and share performance insights with senior management
  • Lead operational activities of the vertical including planning, execution, and monitoring of targets
  • Act as a key decision-maker for strategic client initiatives and policy design
  • Drive cross-functional collaboration to deliver customized insurance solutions
  • Monitor regulatory compliance and ensure adherence to insurance broking guidelines
  • Mentor, manage, and guide a team to achieve business and service excellence

Insurance professional qualifications are an added advantage.

A strong understanding of regulatory frameworks governing the Insurance Broking Industry is essential.

Broker certification is preferred (as per IRDAI guidelines).

Educational Qualification:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in General Insurance (GI), Insurance Broking, or Third Party Administrator (TPA) services
  • Prior experience in corporate insurance sales or key account management is required
