Job Title: Sales Manager - Banking and Finance (BFSI)

About the Role:

VH Mobile Metrics Pvt Ltd. is seeking a dynamic and experienced Technology Sales Manager to lead sales initiatives within the Banking and Financial Services Industry (BFSI). Based in Pune, India, the successful candidate will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth by leveraging technology solutions tailored for the financial sector. This role requires a deep understanding of the BFSI landscape, including market trends, challenges, and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to meet revenue goals for BFSI clients.
  • Build and nurture strong relationships with key decision-makers in financial institutions.
  • Conduct in-depth market research to identify new sales opportunities, including emerging trends in the BFSI sector.
  • Prepare and deliver customized presentations and proposals that address the specific needs and challenges of clients.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including Technology Experts, marketing, and customer support, to ensure the highest levels of service and customer satisfaction.
  • Track and analyze sales metrics to measure performance and provide regular reports to executive management.
  • Stay updated on the latest technology solutions in the banking and finance domain to identify opportunities for innovation.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Science, Engineering, or Business with a strong background in Information Technology. An MBA is preferred.
  • 15+ years of experience in IT product, service, and platform sales, with a focus on the BFSI sector.
  • Proven experience in achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
  • Deep knowledge of banking operations, financial products, and technology platforms and services.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders and decision-makers.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, competitive environment with a customer-centric approach.
