Lead Generation Team Leader

Sukh Jan Disposables LLP is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Generation Team Leader to oversee the lead generation team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Team Management: Lead, mentor, and motivate the lead generation team to meet and exceed targets.
- Strategy Development: Develop and implement effective lead generation strategies to attract potential customers and expand the sales pipeline.
- Performance Monitoring: Monitor and analyze the performance of the lead generation team, ensuring KPIs and targets are met consistently.
- Training and Development: Provide ongoing training, guidance, and performance feedback to the team to enhance skills and productivity.
- Campaign Management: Oversee the execution of lead generation campaigns and monitor their effectiveness.
- Reporting: Prepare regular reports on lead generation metrics, team performance, and insights for senior management.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Prior experience in managing and leading a team in a sales or lead generation environment.
- Strong understanding of lead generation techniques, tools, and best practices.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to analyze data and provide actionable insights.
Estimated Salary: ₹ 12,00,000 - ₹ 18,00,000 per annum. This estimate is based on industry standards and location. The actual salary may vary depending on factors such as experience, qualifications, and company policies.
