Job Title: Talent Development Specialist

The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in driving business-aligned HR strategies, overseeing all HR operations, and leading talent management initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Strategic HR Leadership: Partner with senior management to define and implement the HR strategy that aligns with the business goals of the organization.
  • End-to-End HR Operations: Oversee all HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, employee relations, compensation and benefits, and compliance.
  • Talent Management & Development: Lead initiatives for employee training, leadership development, and succession planning to build a strong talent pipeline.
  • Employee Engagement & Culture: Foster a positive work environment that reflects the company's values, encouraging engagement, diversity, and inclusion within the team.
  • HR Analytics & Reporting: Utilize data-driven insights to inform decision-making and monitor the effectiveness of HR programs and initiatives.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proven ability to lead the HR function for a business vertical, providing strategic guidance while managing operational details.
  • Strong understanding preferably of the industry and the challenges associated with managing HR in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • Expertise in recruitment, onboarding, and talent management, especially in industries that rely on large operational workforces.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships and foster a culture of engagement, collaboration, and trust.
  • Ability to analyze workforce data and HR metrics to inform decision-making and improve processes.

Essential Qualifications:

  • MBA/PGDM in Human Resources or related field.
  • 8–12 years of progressive HR experience, with prior exposure to logistics, supply chain, or similar industries considered an advantage.
  • Experience in leading HR for a business unit or vertical, with a strong track record of driving business-aligned HR strategies.
  • In-depth knowledge of employment laws, regulations, and HR best practices in India.
  • Proven experience in handling large, diverse teams across multiple locations or business units.
