Job Title: Tech Leader

We are seeking a seasoned Tech Leader to join our team.

  • This is a leadership position that involves managing and mentoring Odoo development team members, conducting code reviews, and enforcing best practices. The ideal candidate should have strong technical skills in Python programming with solid OOP concepts, Odoo expertise, and excellent problem-solving abilities.
  • The role requires collaboration with the development team to design, develop, and customize Odoo modules (Sales, HR, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Accounting, POS) as per client requirements.

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, be able to work effectively with cross-functional teams, and have a proven track record of delivering high-quality results under pressure.

About the Role:

  • Deliver high-quality customizations and handle integrations using Odoo expertise.
  • Manage, mentor, and guide the Odoo development team.
  • Lead & Manage Odoo Projects - Oversee end-to-end project execution from requirement gathering to delivery.

Requirements:

  • Odoo Expertise - Minimum 6 years hands-on experience with latest Odoo versions, including default modules.
  • Programming Skills - Strong proficiency in Python with solid OOP concepts.
  • Functional Knowledge - Ability to map business requirements into Odoo solutions effectively.
  • Integration Knowledge - Proven experience with third-party integrations in Odoo.
  • Leadership - Experience in leading teams, mentoring developers, and promoting collaborative culture.
