About the Role

We are seeking a motivated professional to join our dynamic team as a Client Relationship Manager. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing client interactions, ensuring customer satisfaction, and identifying opportunities for growth within existing accounts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded.
  • Identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling products and services to existing clients.
  • Design and implement strategies to enhance client satisfaction and retention.
  • Provide regular updates and reports to management on client interactions and feedback.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions for clients' requirements.
  • Support the onboarding process for new clients, ensuring a smooth transition and integration.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 3-7 years of experience in client management or relationship management roles.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients.
  • Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
  • Able to analyze client data and market trends to make informed decisions.
  • Strong problem-solving skills to address client issues proactively and effectively.
  • Effective organizational skills to manage multiple accounts and projects simultaneously.
