Role Overview

As a Client Success Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring the satisfaction and retention of our international clients. This involves delivering high-quality products and services that meet their needs and expectations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage client portfolios and serve as the main point of contact for assigned clients.
  • Engage with clients through regular meetings, creating meeting agendas, and documenting deliverables.
  • Work closely with delivery teams to ensure timely responses and delivery of client requests.
  • Monitor and report on client health status, identifying areas for improvement.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in client management with strong time-management and follow-up skills.
  • Excellent communication, writing, listening, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across global business units.
  • Experience with CRM software and MS Office (particularly MS Excel).
