Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated professional to fill the role of Business Engagement Specialist. The ideal candidate will be responsible for:

  • Proactively contacting potential clients from provided leads and directories.
  • Engaging in meaningful conversations with high-net-worth individuals (HNI/UHNI) clients with a polished, professional tone.
  • Clearly communicating the value of our premium products and offerings.
  • Qualifying potential leads and scheduling appointments/meetings for our Sales Team.
  • Maintaining and updating call records, feedback, and follow-ups using CRM tools.
  • Handling basic client queries and routing complex concerns appropriately.
  • Working closely with internal teams to ensure a seamless client experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with high-value clients.
  • Effectively communicate product information and benefits to clients.
  • Meet or exceed appointment targets while maintaining exceptional customer service.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client issues and improve overall client satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • Excellent command of both Hindi & English – verbal and written.
  • A pleasing personality with outstanding telephone etiquette.
  • Strong interpersonal and persuasive skills.
  • Prior experience in telecalling, customer support, or sales coordination is a strong advantage.
  • Comfort in speaking with high-value clients confidently and professionally.
  • Ability to work independently, stay organized, and meet appointment targets.
