Student Engagement Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Student Engagement Specialist to join our team. As an Outreach Manager, you will be responsible for building relationships with schools, colleges, and education counselors to promote our Undergraduate Business Program, Feeder Programs, and Certificate Program for MBA students.
The ideal candidate will have 2-4 years of experience in outreach or institutional sales, preferably in the education sector. They must possess excellent communication and presentation skills, as well as the ability to confidently interact with senior stakeholders.
Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Reaching out to schools, junior colleges, and education counselors to establish partnerships and secure sessions and workshops that inspire students.
- Meeting principals, counselors, and academic heads to build relationships and create opportunities.
- Turning sessions into enrollments by providing exceptional customer service and support.
- Traveling for outreach, with expenses covered by the organization.
