This is a great opportunity for you to make a difference in the lives of students. As a student advisor and outreach specialist, your primary role will be to connect with leads and evaluate their qualifications.
About the Role:- Qualifying Leads:
- You will focus on qualifying in-progress event-generated leads by confirming their interest.
- Gather additional information to assess the leads' potential.
- Pass qualified leads to the appropriate team members for further action.
- Assist with outreach activities by calling leads to invite and confirm their participation in seminars, masterclasses, webinars, and other events.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to assess and prioritize leads effectively.
Freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of experience in the hospitality field, student advising, admissions, or a related area are welcome to apply.
