Job Title: Service Delivery Specialist

Job Description:

This role involves working as a service delivery specialist to ensure client satisfaction and manage relationships with existing clients.

You will be responsible for servicing security systems, troubleshooting, solving problems, and performing routine preventive maintenance on time according to company standards and policies.

Additionally, you will be expected to develop new requests, generate revenue from existing clients, support the customer service team, and other departments as needed within your region.

To be successful in this role, you should be proficient in our products and technology, and always look for opportunities to improve your abilities.

Major Responsibilities:
  • Total client satisfaction
  • Working with the customer service representative, coordinating all customer service issues and managing relationships with all existing clients within assigned regions
  • Ensuring quality of services following company standards and policies strictly, delivering prompt and efficient responses to all service requests within assigned regions
  • Providing routine preventive maintenance
  • Handling daily trouble-shooting, following up on all open technical issues until they are resolved
  • Taking over all service issues from project teams after handover is completed
  • Preparing customer training materials and delivering professional customer training
  • Updating diagrams after handover is completed
  • Completing customer log files and following up on open issues, submitting weekly log file reports
  • Managing service sub-contractors and ensuring they follow company standards and policies
  • Promoting sales and generating revenue from all existing clients
  • Providing help desk services
  • Reporting CS events to department supervisors and national CS managers
Required Skills and Qualifications:

You should have experience with Lenel/CCure/AMAG/Gallagher (any software system is acceptable), a customer-centric approach, ability to troubleshoot and provide solutions.
