Job Description

As a senior project manager, you will oversee the entire lifecycle of high-priority and strategically important projects. You will lead cross-functional teams, drive project delivery, and ensure success by managing stakeholders, resources, and risks while maintaining high standards of quality, cost, and timeline.

Key Responsibilities:

  • End-to-End Project Management: Lead large-scale and complex projects from initiation to closure, ensuring all objectives are met within scope, time, and budget.
  • Stakeholder Management: Work closely with senior business leaders, clients, and cross-functional teams to define clear project goals, requirements, and deliverables.
  • Leadership & Team Management: Provide direction and leadership to cross-functional project teams, ensuring the team remains motivated, focused, and efficient throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Strategic Planning & Execution: Develop comprehensive project plans, setting clear milestones, deliverables, and timelines.
  • Risk & Issue Management: Proactively identify potential project risks and issues, and develop strategies to mitigate them.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Experience: 8-11 years of proven experience in managing large, complex projects in delivery and project management roles.
  • Project Management Expertise: Expertise in SAP and strong proficiency in project management methodologies such as Agile (Scrum, Kanban), Waterfall, and hybrid approaches.
  • Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead and manage cross-functional teams, ensuring high performance and alignment with project goals.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Extensive experience working with senior-level executives and clients, ensuring clear communication and alignment of project objectives with business strategy.

Others

Preferred qualifications include certifications such as PMP (Project Management Professional) or Prince2, as well as experience working in Agile project management environments and managing global or multi-region projects and teams. Industry experience in areas such as SAP, IT, consulting, manufacturing, finance, or healthcare is also desirable.
