Job Description:

Seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented professional to manage localization projects, leveraging TMS tools and working closely with cross-functional teams.

This role will oversee translation workflows, maintain and apply translation memories, glossaries, and style guides, and troubleshoot TMS tool issues.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Smartling and XTM, strong organizational and project management skills, and excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

  • Project Management
  • Manage localization requests and projects across product UI, documentation, and support content.
  • TMS Tools
  • Oversee translation workflows in Smartling and XTM, including project setup, automation, and quality checks.
  • Vendor Management
  • Act as the primary point of contact for localization vendors, managing schedules and queries.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration
  • Partner with Product, Engineering, Documentation, Marketing, and Support teams to gather requirements and prepare content for localization.
Requirements:
  • 7+ years of experience in localization project management or a related role.
  • Hands-on experience with Smartling and XTM.
  • Strong understanding of TMS, translation workflows, translation memories, and terminology management.
