Job Description

The BIM / Revit Coordinator will be responsible for leading the strategic implementation of BIM in the Mumbai office, overseeing the local Revit-capable team, and managing BIM execution processes. You will develop and maintain BIM Execution Plans (BEPs), define the company's BIM requirements and workflows, and ensure alignment with ISO19650 standards and global procedures.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain BIM Execution Plans (BEPs)
  • Manage communication and rollout of any BIM standards changes within the Mumbai office
  • Drive implementation of group BIM workflows, tools, and standards at the local level
  • Lead staff training, induction, and knowledge-sharing for BIM practices
  • Coordinate and manage project BIM deliverables, reducing errors and delays
  • Act as the primary point of contact for BIM-related issues in Mumbai, liaising with the global BIM leadership
  • Support audits and ensure compliance with ISO19650 certification
  • Oversee BIM-related software license renewals and allocations
  • Represent BIM expertise in office meetings, audits, and client coordination

Requirements:
  • Degree in Architecture, Engineering, or relevant Built Environment disciplines
  • Indian qualified professional with minimum 5+ years' post-qualification experience
  • Hands-on expertise in Revit and BIM processes, ideally with experience in an architecture, engineering, or construction company
  • Proven understanding of ISO19650 implementation and compliance
  • Strong leadership skills to align and guide a local BIM/Revit team
