BIM Specialist Job Overview

At the core of our team lies a highly skilled BIM Coordinator, a leader who propels project teams forward and manages multiple projects with precision.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Strategize effective resource allocation, progress tracking, and revenue monitoring for all projects to ensure seamless execution.
  2. Support project setup, planning, and execution strategies to guarantee timely delivery.
  3. Ensure optimal resource deployment aligned with project deliverables and objectives.
  4. Monitor and review project updates to ensure accurate tracking of project status.
  5. Lead BIM execution, implementation, and production activities while supporting project estimations.
  6. Deliver high-quality outputs for all design stages while adhering to standards, codes, guidelines, and regulations.
  7. Coordinate with clients and consultants for BIM modelling, reports, and deliverables.
  8. Manage project workflows, allocate tasks efficiently, and ensure adherence to deadlines.
  9. Oversee the implementation and management of BIM tools and platforms.
  10. Develop, manage, and optimize Dynamo scripts, while training team members in their usage.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from an accredited institution.
  • Minimum 5+ years of hands-on experience in the BIM industry.
  • High proficiency with Revit, Navisworks, and BIM 360 platforms.
  • Solid understanding of BIM processes, multi-disciplinary coordination, and project delivery methodologies.
  • Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Passionate, detail-oriented professional with strong time management and multitasking capabilities.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Certification in Project Management (e.g., PMP or equivalent).
  • Hands-on experience applying BIM across all disciplines,
  • Knowledge of modern construction methods and sustainable engineering practices.
