Job Title:

A Mechanical BIM Specialist is required to create and manage detailed Building Information Modeling (BIM) models for public health projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create, coordinate, and deliver accurate BIM models that meet project specifications and industry standards.
  • Collaborate with architects, engineers, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of various components into a cohesive model.
  • Conduct thorough clash detection and resolve potential conflicts before construction begins to guarantee successful project execution.
  • Develop and implement efficient BIM workflows and processes, ensuring timely delivery of project milestones and objectives.
  • Perform regular quality checks on models to maintain accuracy, completeness, and consistency.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
  • Minimum 1-2 years' experience with Revit & Navisworks software.
  • Desirable: Experience working on Middle East projects and knowledge of HVAC, Chilled water & Fire Protection Services systems.
