Architectural BIM Professional

This pivotal role bridges design, documentation, and digital execution.

Key Responsibilities:
  • BIM project coordination across architecture and interior design projects within the Mumbai studio.
  • Collaborate with global BIM leaders to implement firm-wide standards.
  • Model and manage complex Revit-based architectural projects.
  • Develop and maintain BIM Execution Plans, Revit templates, and content libraries.
  • Conduct quality control checks for Revit models.
  • Coordinate with consultants for clash detection using Navisworks.
  • Facilitate inter-studio collaboration through federated models and cloud-based platforms.
  • Troubleshoot software issues and serve as the technical go-to for Revit, Dynamo, and other design technology tools.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or a related field.
  • 8–12 years of industry experience with minimum 8 years in a BIM-focused role.
  • Strong command of Revit, Autodesk tools, and scripting languages like Dynamo.
  • Experience in complex architecture or interiors projects.
  • Working knowledge of visualization tools is a plus.
  • Excellent communication skills to liaise with global teams and non-BIM stakeholders.
  • Proactive and process-driven individual who can balance strategy and execution.
  • Will relocate to South Mumbai office (5 days a week).
