We are seeking a highly skilled BIM Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent project management skills, be highly organized and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Job Description:

The BIM Coordinator will be responsible for reviewing 3D models from consultants and contractors, conducting clash detection and visual walkthroughs using Navisworks Manage, managing views to issues, automated grouped clashes, and BIM Track settings for Navisworks, displaying interactive clash pinpoint locations in Navisworks models with sectioning filters, synchronizing clash status and managing Navisworks clash and Viewpoint Management, publishing models to Viewer from Navisworks and publishing clashes to issues with different properties/attributes, auditing and reviewing models in Autodesk Revit, conducting early design review and constructability analysis, and managing/update BIM project documents.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Being highly organized, detail-oriented, hardworking, and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, as well as interpersonal skills to communicate effectively with personnel at all organizational levels.
  • Specific qualifications include experience in BIM Track issues creation, Navisworks viewpoint creation, expertise in Autodesk Revit, Navisworks & AutoCAD, BIM360, and BIM Track.
  • Good knowledge in integrated features of BIM Track for Navisworks and basic construction processes/procedures.
  • Advanced PC skills, specifically Microsoft Windows Applications (Word, Excel, Outlook & PowerPoint).
