As a technology specialist, you will play a crucial role in providing expert technical assistance to users of client application software.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Offer top-notch technical support for errors, problems, or requests related to client application software
  2. Diligently identify and resolve technical issues using the IT Service Management system
  3. Evaluate urgent problems requiring more in-depth knowledge and escalate them to internal resources or vendors when necessary
  4. Collaborate with end-users to understand business-related issues and work together to find solutions
  5. Partner with development teams to reproduce reported issues in test environments and report findings to ensure seamless resolution
  6. Perform routine maintenance tasks for custom software and provide exceptional end-user support
  7. Monitor application performance after implementation to ensure optimal functionality

Additionally, this role involves handling service desk trouble shooting and support services, including password resets, operating system troubleshooting, network connection troubleshooting, client-side software installation, Office 365 setup and troubleshooting, and printer installation and configuration.
