Public Health BIM Modeler

We are seeking a skilled BIM Modeler with expertise in public health projects. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for creating and managing detailed BIM models that meet project specifications and industry standards.

  • BIM Development: Creating detailed BIM models for public health projects.

  • Model Coordination: Ensuring model coordination and clash detection to identify potential conflicts.
  • Standards Compliance: Ensuring all BIM models comply with relevant standards and guidelines.
  • Project Management: Overseeing BIM workflows and processes, managing deadlines, and ensuring timely delivery.
  • Quality Assurance: Conducting regular quality checks on models.
About the Role

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Developing high-quality BIM models for public health projects.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of project components.
  • Ensuring accurate and efficient project execution through effective project management.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • A minimum of 2-4 years' experience in BIM modeling.
  • A diploma or degree in Engineering (Mechanical or related field).
  • Expertise in Revit & Navisworks.
  • Experience working on Middle East projects (desired).
