International Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced and skilled project manager to lead our international architectural projects.

About the Role
  • This is a high-profile role that will drive global project delivery excellence, collaborating closely with colleagues worldwide.
  • The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the technical delivery of all prestigious architectural projects.
  • They will also have 8–12 years of experience in architectural practice, with demonstrated leadership across all work stages.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Lead international architectural projects, maintaining day-to-day client project contact.
  2. Be responsible for all aspects of technical service delivery for the entire end-to-end project duration.
  3. Lead project teams and client meetings, produce detailed meeting minutes.
  4. Undertake preparation, maintenance, and monitoring of project design programmes.
  5. Communicate resource needs to account managers and associates.
  6. Create, update, and manage all project-related financials and resourcing data in our internal project management software.
  7. Maintain the Project Quality Control System.
  8. Monitor financial performance and report back to account managers or responsible associates, raising any issues that may affect agreed fees.

  10. Lead, motivate, support, and manage teams, demonstrating ability to get the best out of team members.
  11. Mentor, encourage, and contribute to individual career development.
  12. Inspire and promote company values within teams.
  13. Ensure teams are aligned with company policies, procedures, and consistently meet company standards.
  14. Review, approve, and manage holiday requests, expenses, time off in lieu (TOIL).
  15. Communicate important information from the leadership team and implement procedural changes.
  16. Participate in recruitment and employee inductions for junior staff.
  17. Undertake employee reviews and support training, development, and growth of individuals.
  18. Manage safety and wellbeing of teams.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or equivalent built environment discipline.
  • Registered Architect in India.
  • 8–12 years of architectural experience, with demonstrated project leadership across all work stages.
  • Proficiency in Revit and other design software.
  • Experience in large-scale projects across sectors such as Data Centres, Retail, Hospitality, Workplace, and Logistics.
  • Strong knowledge of Indian building codes, zoning regulations, and statutory compliance.
  • Excellent communication skills (written and spoken English).
  • Ability to manage client relationships and coordinate with consultants, contractors, and global colleagues.
  • Passport holder, available for training and travel to UK/Europe as required.
