Job Overview:

End User Support/Desktop Support Engineers are required to provide technical assistance and support to end-users, resolving hardware, software, and network issues. This role involves working with various systems, including operating systems, hardware, and common software applications.

About the Role:

This is a challenging position that requires strong technical skills, excellent communication, and customer service skills. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing day-to-day technical support to users, troubleshooting problems, and performing routine maintenance tasks.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Hardware Support: Install, configure, and troubleshoot laptops, desktops, printers, and other peripherals
  • Software Support: Assist users with software and applications, including operating systems and productivity suites
  • Network & Systems Support: Support network systems, help users with connectivity issues, and manage user accounts
  • User Assistance: Respond to support requests, resolve day-to-day functionality issues, and provide guidance
  • Maintenance & Management: Perform tasks like provisioning and decommissioning hardware, managing software updates and patches

Requirements:
  • Technical Proficiency: Strong knowledge of operating systems (Windows, macOS), hardware, and common software applications
  • Troubleshooting and Problem-solving
  • Communication and Customer Service
  • Time Management and Organization

Eligibility:
Any graduate with 1 year of experience

Work Locations:
Multiple locations across India, including Bangalore, Hyderabad, Calicut, Shivamoga, Kolkata, Raipur, Port Blair, Cochin, and Deoghar
