Business Development Representative/Manager

At Yash Hr Jobs & Law Consultant, we are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Representative/Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prospecting and Lead Generation: Identify qualified prospects and navigate company structures to identify decision-makers.
  • Nurturing Leads: Use a combination of outreach mechanisms to nurture leads, including calls, emails, marketing automation tools, and LinkedIn Inmails.
  • Lead Conversion: Tie up leads that will turn into business through persistence and strong selling and influencing skills.
  • Demand Generation: Learn, leverage, and help evolve our demand generation process to drive more qualified leads.
  • Appointment Setting: Generate appointments through proactive outbound prospecting and work directly with sales and marketing to discover opportunities from leads.
  • Sales and Marketing Alignment: Demonstrate and teach strong selling and influencing skills to ensure alignment with sales and marketing strategies.
  • Work Schedule: Work in US timings (6:00 PM - 3:00 AM) to ensure effective communication with clients and colleagues.
