The role requires an experienced and strategic HR leader to drive both the HR Business Partner function and Total Rewards for our dynamic organization.

This position demands strong business acumen, strategic advisory capability, and a data-driven approach to compensation and benefits.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with senior leaders to develop and deliver a people strategy aligned with overall organizational objectives.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to senior management on organizational design, talent planning, leadership development, and workforce strategy.
  • Lead key initiatives across employee engagement, retention, and succession planning.
  • Oversee change management efforts and support transformation programs from a people and culture perspective.

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of progressive HR experience, with proven exposure to both HRBP and Compensation & Benefits.
  • Strong experience in partnering with senior leaders, preferably in high-growth or fast-paced environments.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to work comfortably with data and analytics.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • MBA/PGDM from a top-tier B-school.
