The Role

We're looking for an HR + Finance Lead to manage the flow of money across the organization while supporting the people who make that work possible.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage accounts payable and receivable
  • Handle vendor registrations, invoicing, reconciliations, and follow-ups
  • Oversee taxation, GST, TDS, and compliance with statutory filings
  • Maintain financial discipline across all departments

Requirements

  • A strong foundation in finance/accounts (commerce background preferred)
  • An understanding of HR operations, with a people-first mindset
  • Organized, reliable, detail-oriented, and comfortable in fast-moving environments
  • Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills (non-negotiable)
