Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) Administration Specialist.

Job Summary:

The EDI Administration Specialist will be responsible for the administration, monitoring and troubleshooting of EDI transactions and integrations with business applications. This role requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills to ensure seamless data flow between trading partners, vendors, and internal business applications while maintaining compliance and high standards of data integrity.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the onboarding of new trading partners and maintain EDI maps, specifications and communication protocols.
  • Collaborate with business teams to analyze and resolve EDI-related issues in a timely manner.
  • Develop and maintain documentation including process flows, technical specs and partner guidelines.
  • Provide support for audits, testing and validation of new or modified EDI processes.

Requirements:

  • Experience in supply chain logistics or manufacturing environments.
  • Familiarity with cloud-based EDI platforms or integration tools.
  • Knowledge of ITIL processes and service management best practices.
