About the Position:
We are seeking a motivated individual to fill an HR & Admin role. This opportunity provides hands-on exposure to recruitment consulting, HR operations, and administrative support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews.
- Maintain candidate databases and ensure timely follow-ups.
- Draft and post job descriptions on portals.
- Provide EA support: scheduling, documentation, and follow-ups.
- Manage email correspondence and prepare reports.
- Update and manage social media handles.
- Provide general office and administrative support as required.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Female graduate with excellent spoken and written English skills.
- Strong organizational, coordination, and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with job portals preferred (training provided).
- Interest in social media and digital content.
- Resides in or near Faridabad.
