We are seeking a seasoned Associate Director, Production to lead our BFSI vertical. As the ideal candidate, you will have a strong production background and excellent client-servicing skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and oversee all stages of production projects within the BFSI vertical, from initial client briefs to final delivery of assets.">
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients within the vertical, building strong relationships and ensuring exceptional service delivery.">
  • Lead, mentor, and empower a team of 2-3 Creative Producers, fostering their professional growth and ensuring effective project management.">
  • Ensure all internal and external processes are followed, including documentation, contracts, payments, and compliance with company standards.">
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth project execution and alignment with client objectives.">
  • Maintain high standards of creative and production output, ensuring deliverables meet client expectations and brand guidelines.">
  • Oversee project budgets, resource allocation, and vendor coordination to optimize efficiency and profitability.">
  • Identify and mitigate risks related to project timelines, budgets, or client satisfaction.">

Qualifications & Skills:

  • 7-10 years of proven experience in production and client servicing, preferably within the BFSI sectors.">
  • Demonstrated ability to lead, mentor, and empower a team of junior producers or project managers.">
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with a track record of building and maintaining strong client relationships.">
  • Deep knowledge of production workflows, including creative development, asset production, and delivery across digital and traditional media.">
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and ensure timely delivery.">
  • Meticulous attention to detail in managing contracts, payments, and documentation to ensure compliance and accuracy.">
  • Familiarity with BFSI sectors is a plus, with an understanding of sector-specific creative and regulatory requirements.">
